Metal Fabrication

The metal fabricating division provides complete services from concept through design, fabrication and assembly to powder coating and Silkscreening.

We also manufacture a full range of rack systems, computer enclosures, shelf and drawer systems including keyboard drawers under our RELCO trade name.  .

Powder Coating 
Fully equipped powder line with 4 stage environmentally friendly uni-prep pre-wash system, electrostatic powder coating and infrared-convection baking oven.

Silkscreening
Our in-house Silkscreening facility can custom screen using baked on epoxy inks for greater durability.  We also have facilities for Silkscreening onto plastic, wood and fibreglass etc.
